South is a lovely 2016 16h Liver Chestnut TB Gelding. He is such a sweet boy and a pleasure to have in the barn. South retired from the track sound, clean legged, and vice free. He eats up attention and is the type to be your best friend. He absolutely looooves turnout and is quiet and happy to just graze... no silly running or fence pacing. He is fine by himself or out with a friend. This gelding is a lovely mover with a wow worthy trot! We can definitely see him turning some heads!!
We have sat on South twice so far and have been impressed by this handsome dude!! Unfortunately we didn’t get video of the first ride, aside from brief moments with someone else on him... but we did get video of our second ride!! South is straightforward and pretty simple. He is starting to go into a frame and accept contact through the bridle. He has a canter to DIE FOR!! He even popped over a few cross rails and scary looking fences!! He will be a pretty easy restart for someone to finish bringing along!
Third ride!! This horse just keeps getting better and better! Quick learner! He was more consistent in his head carriage and learned more about bending and moving off of leg. He was great over fences too!! See the new video!!
