Orb is a stunning 16.2h 2017 gelding. He is sound, clean legged, and vice free. This boy is all class. He loaded like an old show pony when leaving the track, trailered like a dream, and stepped off the trailer like he lived at our farm his whole life. No silliness, no screaming, no jigging or nervousness.... just cool as a cucumber. Got to love a baby with a brain like that!! He even was a rockstar when meeting the welcome committee of dogs, a camel, and a zebra. Super impressed with Orbidore! Fabulous young prospect!!
Orbidore last raced on 7/18/20 after a career of only 6 races. Slow Poke!!
Since coming to our farm, Orb has had his teeth and feet done, had ulcer treatment (prophylactic measure we take with all our OTTBs), had Chiropractic adjustment and acupuncture, and deworming.
Orb has been blessed with fantastic movement and jumping ability. He has three great gaits. He has a swinging walk with a good overreach from behind. His trot is absolutely wow worthy with tons of suspension, elasticity, and lovely reach through his shoulder and hind end. His canter is ground covering and rhythmic, with naturally easy lead changes. Orbidore greatly impressed us when sent down the jump chute with his enthusiasm and ability. He has scope, a tidy,square front end and a careful hind end over the fences. This is definitely an upper level prospect!!!
