You know they’re pretty special when you end up doing their fancy photo shoot dressed in a blow up chicken costume!! 😂🐓 Our spectacular, but rather aloof gelding, Huxley, could not be bothered or enticed to perk his ears forward for pictures.... so we went to extreme measures to get a reaction out of him... and he still could have cared less! 😂🤷🏽‍♀️😝. Huxley is a 17.1h 7yr old Friesian/Percheron X gelding. He was purchased with intent to keep him as a personal horse, but life gets in the way, and Huxley has practically been living the unemployed life due to my lack of time to ride him. He is FAR too nice of a horse to just sit around, so he is grudgingly and very regretfully being offered for sale... but only to the best of the best homes!! Hux is a big, sweet dude. Truly a gentleman. He has been foxhunted in the past and could easily go back to doing so. Not sure what flight he hunted though! He is a dreamboat to ride. Naturally forward and responsive without being hot or quick. His canter is to die for!! Willing to the jumps and brave as well. We think he would do best with an intermediate rider, as he is a pretty big, powerful boy! Sound, no vices. Happy to be in a stall or out in the field. Good being turned out with others or alone. LOVE LOVE LOVE this one to pieces... (definitely won’t cry if this one stays 😝😂) intermediate rider preferred.
